Move Better, Live Longer
On Your Terms.
We made this service for people who refuse to believe that their best days are behind them. Whether you want to stay active into your elder years, being able to keep up with children and grandchildren rather than watching from the sidelines, hold your own in the line-up for years to come, or simply fend off the aches and pains that you’ve been told come with aging, this service is for you.
We work with you, your past, your goals, your equipment availability and your schedule to enhance your future through holistic weight training and posture repatterning.
Custom Tailored For You.
Our doctors design a program for your body, and your longterm goals so that you don’t have to worry about which exercises are right for you, whether what you choose will help or hurt your goals, compensations and injuries, how much to do or when to do it. Think optimizing bone, muscle, cardiovascular and postural health — all in one program.
We include videos for each exercise and drill we choose so that you are no longer left questioning whether you’re doing it correctly, and we review your movements during our in person sessions to make sure that we are getting the highest quality movements that we can for the highest quality returns possible.
We routinely go through the program, looking at your movements, progress, goals, timeline and schedule changes, updating and adapting the program in a feed-forward manner to maximize our success and continued progress.
We designed this to be in combination with our person care but can be modified with video reviewing for remote clients.
“I have practiced yoga for close to 30 years and always had a base amount of awareness and fitness; this coaching takes a lifetime skills/ability and quickly chisels, refines and grows them beyond what you can fathom! I’m appreciating honing in on the areas I could not have known I was ignoring/forgetting/leaving out without your eyes and coaching.” – Jennifer Love, DC
